1.             Global Registrations will deal with all customers courteously, fairly and in a professional manner at all times.

2.             Global Registrations comply with all relevant UK legislation including, but not limited to, Sale and Supply of Goods, Distance Selling, Supply of Services, Trade Descriptions, Data Protection and Unfair Contract Terms legislation.

4.             In the unlikely event of a complaint arising, the full details should be sent in writing to The Proprietor, Global Registrations, Kenoreef, Kenovay, Isle of Tiree PA77 6UU. Global Registrations must acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 14 days and supply a substantive reply within 28 days of receipt of the written complaint.
